A timesheet user is someone who enters hours in Clockpit, such as a professional you place with a client. You only pay for timesheet users who were active that month. Anyone who is inactive for a month costs you nothing that month. Accounts for approving hours and admin accounts are free.
Do I need payment details to get started?
No. You create an account and try Clockpit free for 45 days, without a credit card or payment details.
How is usage counted?
You do not buy anything in advance. You are billed afterwards based on actual use: only timesheet users who were active count. So you never pay for unused seats.
Can I cancel monthly?

Can a professional work for multiple clients?
Yes. Clockpit works per contract. A professional who works for several clients logs hours per contract, and each client only approves the hours that belong to their contract. You also set the period per contract: per week, two weeks, four weeks or month.
